Investor overview / echo music

The next great song. Starts with a person.

Real people. Real moments. Unexpected discoveries.

Someone shares a song because it means something today. Someone else discovers it and passes it on. echo music gives these encounters a home: a personal music diary, friends and a world map. Our thesis: human resonance can become the foundation of a new platform for music discovery, artists and fans.

THE INVESTMENT THESIS

People are unpredictable. That is where the opportunity begins.

An old song finds a new moment. An unfamiliar voice reaches a different place. A personal post starts a discovery. These choices bring echo music to life. We want to build a business that preserves their credibility.

  1. A person chooses.
  2. A song resonates.
  3. A connection begins.

Organic growth. People taking part.

What the numbers mean

03 / THE OPPORTUNITY

Where music moves people, a market can emerge.

The community is the starting point. The opportunity is to make voluntary discovery more valuable to listeners and open new paths between artists and fans. Every business stage must earn its place through real usage and willingness to pay.

Discovery becomes personal.

People choose which song to share. Friends, memories and the world map create opportunities for unexpected encounters. The opportunity: a product people return to because of other people.

Resonance connects places.

Where do people voluntarily share a song? Where is it rediscovered? Future aggregate analysis could help artists and labels understand regional resonance. Visible activity starts an investigation; it does not establish regional success factors.

Artists find their fans.

New releases and rediscovered catalogue songs could spark encounters with fans. We want to develop clearly identified artist offerings around them. Their value must show up in voluntary participation and recurring demand.

The live world map shows public song posts from the past 72 hours in approximate regions. It offers a glimpse of sharing, not a complete picture of a country or its musical taste.

Community is the beginning. Trust is the capital.

A map or a feed can be copied. Personal relationships, accumulated memories and a living music culture take time. If people return for these connections, a lasting advantage could emerge. We aim to demonstrate that bond through usage cohorts and active relationships.

The product is launched. The figures above document registrations and contributions. According to the operator, growth to date involved €0 in paid advertising. That supports initial demand; retention, repeatable acquisition and willingness to pay are the next essential proofs.

The first commercial proof: real resonance.

One possible pilot: an artist invites the community to connect a new song with personal moments. We assess voluntary participation, returning interest and whether the partner pays again for demonstrated value. Controlled song or excerpt comparisons would be a separate, voluntary test format with comparable groups. Organic posts remain personal choices.

Artist services, regional analysis and song testing are development hypotheses. No validated testing product, hit predictions or revenue from these offerings is currently presented.

Think big. Earn every stage.

  1. Prove lasting engagement.

Strengthen discovery and the diary. Measure who returns, which relationships keep them and which acquisition channels repeat this outcome. Capital should first reduce this central uncertainty.

  2. Monetise artist value.

Test willingness to pay through voluntary partner pilots. Invest in artist tools and aggregate resonance analysis once value repeats. Paid content must remain identifiable.

  3. Bring listening closer.

A long-term option: a streaming offering as an alternative for selected artists and their fans. It requires cleared rights, a relevant catalogue, paying demand and sustainable costs. Every expansion needs its own evidence.

THE QUESTIONS BEHIND THE INVESTMENT

Big ambition. Clear answers.

Why alongside Spotify and Apple Music?

The entry point is a personal decision to share a song. The diary, relationships and places give discovery its own context. Usage cohorts must show whether this becomes a lasting habit. Existing music services are part of the available listening paths today.

Who would pay?

We intend to test artists and labels as customers for voluntary partner offerings. The reason to buy must be measurable value: reaching relevant people and understanding resonance. A pilot must demonstrate repeat purchases before it becomes a scalable business model. Future fan offerings are another hypothesis.

What protects authenticity?

Our guiding principle for future offerings: identify partner content, keep personal posts voluntary and never present paid placement as spontaneous enthusiasm. Analysis should describe aggregate resonance. A song post cannot reliably reveal an individual’s emotions.

Why is the map not yet a market research product?

The map shows public posts from the past 72 hours in approximate regions. Reliable market analysis would require comparable exposure, sufficient samples and external validation, among other capabilities. We would need to develop and test these deliberately.

Why raise capital now?

A launched product and documented participation provide a basis for the next validation. Capital should enable retention work, repeatable acquisition and paid partner pilots. Round size, runway and specific milestones belong in the founder discussion; the streaming vision does not replace that plan.
